tapCLIQ Fair Pricing Policy

Most enterprise software pricing is designed to charge you per user regardless of how many end users are actively using the app or mobile website. If you buy 1,000 monthly active users (MAU's) but only 100 are really devoted users, and you still get charged for 1,000. Why pay for a user who is just touching your app or website just once in a month? We don't think that's fair. And it's also hard to predict how many monthly active users (MAU's) you'll need in advance.

We know that competition sells with per user (MAU) pricing on the pretext that you can send unlimited messages to these users. But in reality, is it worth it or right to send more than 1 message a day to a user? Even that is just bombardment, and pushes the user out of your app or website.

At tapCLIQ, you only get billed for the what you use. So you only pay for the messages you send. Fair's fair.

We believe tapCLIQ is an investment in your growth. So we have made our pricing customizable so that it scales with your needs and enables you to meaningfully engage your mobile users and deliver a great experience.

What is a message impression?

1 impression is counted when any of banner, text, question or push message is displayed on a user's device.

How do I pay for tapCLIQ plan?

You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI compliance ensure that your data stays secure.

What happens to unused plan impressions?

Plan impressions are on use it or loose it basis for each month. Unused impressions are not carried forward to the next month.

Is there a limit to number of apps / websites in which I can use tapCLIQ ? How can I increase the limit?

By default you can use tapCLIQ in 5 apps. You can increase number of apps in multiples of 5 upto 25 apps.

Note: Number of apps include iOS apps, android apps and mobile websites.

What happens if I exceed my purchased impressions?

Overage charges are applied when you exceed your purchased impressions.

How many portal users would I get?

You get one portal user per account.
Enterprise plans get multiple users per organization. They can also assign rights to each user.

Can I change my custom plan?

Yes, you can change your custom plan anytime. If you wish to add impressions for an engagement tactic to your current plan - you would create a new custom plan that has engagement tactics of the existing plan and the impressions of new engagement tactic you wish to purchase. Any unused impressions from the previous plan will be carry forwarded for that month.

For example, if you have purchased 10,000 impressions of Question Answer and 5,000 impressions of Banners to start with and now if you want to add 2,000 Decision Tree Survey impressions to your plan - you would create a new custom plan with 10,000 impressions of Question-Answer, 5,000 impressions of Banner and 2,000 impressions of Decision Tree.

NOTE: You can switch your plan from monthly to yearly BUT in order to switch from yearly to monthly - Contact Us.

How will I be billed?

You'll be billed when you purchase a plan and then on first of every month (for any overages of the previous month + your monthly plan charges [if you have a monthly plan] ).

If you have a yearly plan - you would be billed on purchase and then an additional bill will be generated on first of every month ONLY if you have any overages for the previous month.
